Q: How many ounces come on each weft?

A: 3.5 ounces.

Q: What is Raw hair?

A: Raw hair is 100% human hair and comes from a single donor. The hair comes in it’s original state and hasn’t been processed to achieve a specific wave pattern.  *Please note each bundle’s pattern will vary, and is not considered a defect.

Q: What is Virgin hair?

A: Virgin hair is 100% human hair. It comes from a single donor and has been steam-processed to achieve a specific wave pattern.

Q: Does the hair shed?

A:  All wefts are double stitched, which reduces the amount of shedding. It is normal to experience minimal amounts of shedding, especially if the wefts are cut. It is extremely important to keep the hair conditioned and use a heat protectant to protect the hair from heat damage. You must treat these extensions, as if its your own hair.

Q: How long will my extensions last?

A: With proper maintenance and care, your extensions can be reused 6 months to 1 year or more.

Q: What color does the hair come in?

A: Our extensions are 100% Virgin and Raw hair. Each weft comes from an individual donor, so colors will vary. Please note that color variations are not considered a defect.

Q: How many bundles do I need for a sew-in?

A: How many bundles needed will depend on  the length of the wefts are and how full you want your install. For a natural look using lengths 10”-16”, we recommend 2 bundles or more, 18”-22”: 3 bundles or more, and lengths 24″ and up: 4 bundles or more.

Q: Can the hair be dyed, bleached, or rinsed?

A: Yes. We recommend having these services professionally done to extend the longevity of your extensions.

Q: How often do I wash my extensions?

A: Cleanse your extensions at least once per week using a sulfate-free shampoo. Follow -up with a sulfate-free conditioner, leaving it on for a minimum of 20 minutes. Make sure to wash product out completely, as this can lead to frizz and dryness.  See Hair Care Tips
